Keyboard shortcuts

Every default keyboard shortcut in Zornov, for Mac and for Windows and Linux, and how to change them.

The default shortcuts are grouped by what they do. You can change most of them in Settings > Shortcuts; see Change a shortcut.

Mac and Windows or Linux keys

Zornov shows shortcuts with Mac symbols on every system. On Windows and Linux, read them like this:

Change a shortcut

  1. Open Settings (⌘ , on Mac, Ctrl , on Windows and Linux) and choose Shortcuts. Help > Keyboard shortcuts opens the same page.
  2. Find the action. Type part of its name, or a key, in Search actions or keys.
  3. Click the action's key, then press the new shortcut. Press Esc to cancel.

A changed shortcut shows its default beside it. If two actions share a key, Zornov shows also and the other action's name, because only one of them would run; give one of them another key. Reset all puts every shortcut back to its default.

Only the actions listed on the Shortcuts page can be changed. The others, such as Save, Open, F1, the keyboard navigation keys, and the 3D view and Paint keys, are fixed.
